Nous nous engageons à préparer vos commandes avec le plus grand soin.

Les colis sont préparés en règle générale sous 72h (du lundi au jeudi, hors week end, hors période de promotion et période de noël, et dans la limite des stocks disponibles) après réception de votre paiement et sont livrés par Colissimo suivi (remis sans signature) à l’adresse de votre choix (à domicile ou en point relais). Attention, sachez que suite à une restructuration de nos services, les délais de livraison peuvent aller jusqu'à 15 jours ouvrables ; nous vous remercions par avance pour votre compréhension. 

Suite au délai de préparation, le colis est pris en charge par La Poste / Colissimo, qui dispose d'un délai supplémentaire de 72h (jours ouvrés) pour livrer le colis.

During busy periods (promotional operations, end of year celebrations, etc.) the shipping time of the parcels can be lengthened. However, rest assured that we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once your order has left our warehouse and is taken care of by La Poste / Colissimo, we are unfortunately not responsible for the delays of La Poste / Colissimo.

A link in your customer account allows you to track the delivery of your package online and to contact us for more information.

If you have placed your order as a "guest", an email will be sent to you when the package is shipped and taken care of by La Poste / colissimo. Do not hesitate to consult your SPAMS in case the delay of reception of this message seems long to you.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
We advise you to group your purchases in one order.
We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.


How do I get free shipping?

Delivery is free for all orders over 40 € of purchase including VAT.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
Below this amount, the participation to the transport costs is 6 € for a home delivery and 4 € for a delivery in a relay point. Two distinct orders cannot be combined.


Where can I be delivered?

We ensure the delivery of our parcels in metropolitan France and Corsica.


Who assumes the risks associated with transportation?

We bear the risks related to transport until delivery, i.e. until the physical handover of the goods to the recipient indicated at the time of the order or to his representative who accepts it, provided that you check the goods upon receipt in the presence of the carrier and indicate, if necessary, in writing on the transport voucher, the reservations observed according to the procedure described below.

You must refuse delivery if the goods are damaged or missing, or if the parcel has been opened or repackaged.

In case of loss or damage, you must make precise and detailed written reservations on the carrier's delivery note in the presence of the carrier or his employees. 

Goods accepted without reservations by the Customer at the time of delivery and/or in the absence of a letter sent to the carrier on the same day for unopened packages, are deemed to have arrived in good condition and in their entirety (in accordance with the order, number of pieces, etc.). In this case, VULLI cannot accept any claim and cannot be held responsible. 

However, if the parcel was left in your letterbox and you were unable to express your reservations in the presence of the carrier, the Customer must contact the VULLI after-sales service within 2 days of receipt of the parcel, which will contact the carrier to process the request and carry out an investigation. In order to carry out this investigation, the Customer must provide, within 2 days, photos of the package upon receipt (exterior and contents) and take care to complete this document. Once these elements have been received, Vulli will file a request with the carrier.

In the event that the incident is confirmed by the carrier, Vulli will replace the product after the carrier has investigated the incident. If the incident is denied by the carrier, VULLI cannot be held responsible and no replacement or refund of the product(s) will be made.

How do I return my purchases?

If you are not entirely satisfied with the ordered articles, you have the possibility of exchanging them or of obtaining the refunding under the conditions envisaged by the articles L121-20 and following of the code of the consumption. Within the framework of the remote sale, you can, with the proviso of not being a professional customer, have a time of retractation of 14 clear days as from the delivery of your order which will be refunded to you against restitution of the delivered products. To do this, you must return the goods according to the conditions of article 9.3.

However, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised pursuant to Article L121-20-2, in particular for :
- products of supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, such as in particular the parts assembled at the request of the purchaser.
- products which, because of their nature, cannot be reshipped or are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.
- the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Exchanges and refunds will be considered for unworn, unwashed items, with their labels, in their original packaging and accompanied by the return number written on the delivery note.

Once you have obtained your return number, you can return your items at your own expense by post to

In this regard, you must keep the proof of deposit of the package that will be given to you by the Post Office. In case of loss of the package, no refund will be made without this proof of deposit.

You will be reimbursed for the full amount of the returned products, at the invoiced price and, in addition to the delivery costs, within 14 days from the receipt by us of the returned order.
